Lifeguard Management Services
Are you looking for a company that can offer the best in lifeguard management services? For a high quality service experience, trust Sweetwater Pools and our proven methods of recruitment, training, and placement. It all starts with a fairly simple but crucial philosophy; we invest heavily in the success of each employee. What does that mean exactly? For starters, we conduct a rigorous hiring process for commercial services, ensuring we select only motivated and responsible individuals. Once hired, our guards must pass a world-class lifeguard training program.
The Starguard Lifeguard Course teaches candidates important lessons in maintaining vigilance and surveillance of the aquatic environment. It’s based around managing risk through surveillance, prevention strategies, response and rescue, emergency care, and workplace expectations. Students are also taught to provide emergency care, perform CPR, and deliver First Aid. Lastly, employees leave the program with a firm sense of professionalism and personal safety on the job. Of course, we require all candidates to pass tests for swimming ability, as well as written, technical performance and practical simulation exams. In the end, our investment pays off for the clients thanks to well-qualified candidates with a valid Starguard certification.
